After a successful theater development project in 2002 for United Entertainment Corp, PennTerra Engineering again returned to provide site design services for the theatre owner. Since the project was adjacent to an existing residential area, PennTerra coordinated neighborhood presentations at the conceptual phase of the project. Land development plans for the site; and a 450 stall parking area were designed including utility services, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, site lighting and landscaping. After obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, PennTerra Engineering then bid the project for the developer and provided construction administration services. The theatre has seen success at this location for the past two years.
