Fulton Bank On a 1.2 acre tract located in the Highway Commercial District in Benner Township, Fisherman’s Paradise, LP retained PennTerra to provide site engineering design services and coordinate approvals for a 3,000 square foot, full service bank with a drive through. The project also included the construction of a portion of Township road. Coordination between Benner Township, Centre County, Fulton Financial Services, the architect, and the Client was required to develop a successful plan that would satisfy all the stakeholders. |
