Cobblecreek Manor is a condominium community, located in Ferguson Township, Centre County. Forty-eight dwelling units were designed and constructed in Phase One followed by thirty-four in Phase Two for a total of 82 dwelling units, (41 duplex buildings) and two clubhouses on 18 acres. Site constraints including existing sinkhole repairs in the development area were addressed and coordinated with the Owner’s Geotechnical Engineer, CMT Laboratories. Due to the nature of the geology, lining of the two stormwater basins was required. Private street systems serve the development and provide an interconnection between the two phases which are separated by a public bike path.
