PennTerra Engineering provided site design services for this 51 unit luxury townhouse condominium development in College Township, Centre County located next door to the State College YMCA. Land development plans for the site infrastructure were designed including utility services, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, site lighting and landscaping. Coordination with the Owner’s traffic consultant was required and resulted in PennTerra’s preparation of PennDOT plans for highway widening for a turn lane. After obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, PennTerra Engineering then bid the project for the developer.
