Village at Penn State PennTerra Engineering has prepared land development plans for The Village at Penn State, an upscale, active adult community situated on 160 acres in Patton Township, Centre County, approximately 1.5 miles from Penn State’s main campus. The total build out for the project includes 772 dwelling units, with a mix of single-family, condominium homes, townhouses, garden apartments, and carriage duplex homes. Amenities for the development include a community center, swimming pool, walking trails, playground, picnic pavilion, maintenance free ground, and access to the Bellefonte Central Rail Trail. |
